After Symposium, a part of the presented at the event reports after careful consideration by the International Program and Publishing Committees will be recommended for publication in some well-known Russian and Foreign Journals and further we will kindly ask the authors to follow these Journals Guidelines for papers presentation. We have concluded the Agreement for publishing the selected (20-30) papers in "Measurement Science and Technology” Journal (www.iop.org/journals/mst) with Impact Factor of 1.228. Besides, we have concluded the Agreement for publishing about 70 papers in the periodical "Key Engineering Materials”. The Journal is indexed by Elsevier: SCOPUS www.scopus.com and Ei Compendex (CPX) www.ei.org. Cambridge Scientific Abstracts (CSA) www.csa.com, Chemical Abstracts (CA) www.cas.org, Google and Google Scholar google.com, ISI (ISTP, ISI Proceedings, Web of Knowledge) www.isinet.com, Institution of Electrical Engineers (IEE, INSPEC) www.iee.org, etc. The participants of ISMTII-2009 Symposium have already published the papers in the above-mentioned Journals (ISMTII2005, ISMTII2007). Also we are going to recommend about 30 papers for "Measurement Science Review” Journal, published in Versita - Central European Science Publisher (http://versita.com/science/engineering/msr) and indexed in Index Copernicus International. The aim of the Journal is to publish papers from scientific disciplines covering the Measurement science with an orientation toward the theory of measurement, measurement of physical quantities and measurement in biomedicine. "Measurement Technique” Journal is also proposed for publishing the recommended papers, it is indexed in: Current Contents/Engineering, Computing and Technology http://www.thomson.com/products_services/scientific/Current_Contents, INSPEC, Journal Citation Reports/Science Edition http://www.enl.auth.gr/lib/eSourcesE.html, Science Citation Index Expanded (SciSearch) http://library.dialog.com/bluesheets/html/bl0034.html, SCOPUS www.scopus.com. "Measurement Technique” contains articles of interest to all who are engaged in the study and application of fundamental measurements: general problems of metrology uniformity of measurement results measurement standards and methods new techniques in measurement: linear, mechanical, electromagnetic, optical, time and frequency, thermo-technical, ionising radiations and so on.The Journal Measurement Techniques is a translation of the peer reviewed Russian Journals: Izmeritel'naya Tekhnika and selected articles from Metrologiya. Both original Russian Journals publish for the most part the papers of Gosstandart of Russia, the All-Russia Scientific-Research Institute for Optical-Physical Measurements, the Metrological Academy of Russia, the D.I.Mendeleev All-Russia Scientific-Research Instritute of Metrology, the All-Russia Scientific-Research Institute for Physical-Technical and Radiotechnical Measurements and the Ural Scientific-Research Institute of Metrology.
